If a Customer signs up to the Promoter’s newsletter through the sign-up form on the Promoter’s website, available at this link, during the Promotional Period, the Promoter will send the Customer a special weblink (“Promotional Link”) on November 22th, 2024, through which they can get a chance to purchase the Eligible Products for $1, subject to availability. |

The Eligible Product means the products available on the website through the Promotional Link provided by us. |
- These terms and conditions are between BNT ECOMMERCE LLC t/a The Little Marvin (the Promoter) and you, the person participating in the Promotion (the Customer).
- Information on eligibility, mechanisms on how to participate, and the information in the Schedule form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to alter or withdraw the Promotion at any time. Our decision is final in all matters relating to a promotional offer.
- Subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions: Each offer applies to selected products and is subject to the restrictions in these Terms and Conditions and our Standard Terms and Conditions available at https://the-littlemarvin.com/pages/terms-of-service.
- Promotional Period: The Promotional Period commences on the Start Date and concludes on the End Date, as specified in the Schedule.
- Eligibility: The Promotion is open to individuals that meet the Criteria.
- How to participate: To be eligible, the Customer must, during the Promotional Period, fill out the sign-up form on the Promoter’s website, available at https://the-littlemarvin.com/pages/1-dollar-littlemarvin-blackfriday-sign-up. If eligible, the Promoter will send the Promotional Link to the Customer’s email on November 22, 2024, allowing them a chance to purchase the Eligible Products for $1.
- Availability: All offers under this Promotion are subject to availability. This Promotion is limited to 100 units of the Eligible Products. The Promoter has the right to delay the Promotional Period or otherwise alter the Promotion at its discretion.
- No change of mind refunds: Subject to Consumer Law Rights, no refunds due to change of mind will be issued for products purchased as part of the Promotion.
- One use per person: Each Customer may participate in the Promotion only once.
- Verification of use: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any Customer (including identity, age, and place of residence) at any time.
- Application to orders: Only one offer can be used per order and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes. Offers cannot be applied to existing orders.
- Expenses and delivery costs: Customers are responsible for any expenses incurred when participating in the Promotion and any delivery costs, unless otherwise stated in the Schedule.
- The Promotion is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
- Personal information: The Promoter may collect personal information for conducting the Promotion and for other purposes as notified. Such information may be disclosed to agents, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. - Non-Excludable Guarantees: Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or guarantees provided under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.
- Consequential Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, benefit, or revenue.
- Liability: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising in connection with the Promotion, including any tax liability incurred by a Customer.
- Force Majeure: If the Promotion is prevented or delayed by a Force Majeure Event, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion. "Force Majeure" includes events like acts of God, fire, or government action.
- Linked Sites: The Promotion may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Promoter does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of any Linked Sites.
- General: Unless otherwise stated, all references to currency in these terms are to United States Dollars (USD).
- Amendments: These Terms may be amended if required by a regulatory authority.
- Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and Customers submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement between the Promoter and the Customer regarding the Promotion.
- Representations: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties, guarantees, or representations except as provided in these Terms.
